Molten resin is injected under high pressure into the cavity of a metal die and then rapidly cooled, forming a solid shape. A single cycle to make a finished part may take anywhere from a few seconds to minutes depending on part complexity and size.

1. The color of the product should meet the technical requirements of drawings and samples, there should be no obvious color difference,
the color should be uniform, and the product with pattern requirements on the surface should have clear lines.

At present, the longest used plastic is polystyrene. Theshape formed is often the final product. No other processing is required beforeinstallation or use as the final product. Many details, such as protrusions, ribs,and threads, can be formed in a single injection molding operation.
